CREDIT TERMS, LATE PAYMENT, COLLECTION, AND PAYMENT POLICY By signing this application, the Applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment Terms. Payment is due according to the terms stated on each invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 2. Late Payment Fee. Any invoice not paid within thirty (30) days of its due date will be subject to a late payment charge of 3% per thirty (30) day period, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. 3. Returned Payments. Any check or electronic payment returned for insufficient funds or any other reason will be subject to a returned-payment fee equal to 5% of the payment amount or $35.00, whichever is greater, together with any bank charges incurred, to the extent permitted by law. 4. Suspension of Services. Accounts sixty (60) days past due may have service suspended until the account is brought current. Stricco International LLC may refuse additional services while any balance remains delinquent. 5. Collections and Legal Action. Accounts ninety (90) days past due may be referred for collection or legal action without further notice. A $100.00 administrative collection fee may be added before referral, to the extent permitted by law. 6. Collection Costs. The Applicant agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred in collecting a delinquent account, including attorney fees, court costs, collection agency fees, interest, and related expenses, to the extent permitted by law. 7. Governing Law and Venue. This agreement is governed by Georgia law. Any legal proceeding arising from this agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Chatham County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 8. Online Payment Convenience Fee. Payments made through https://pay.stricco.com are subject to a 4% convenience fee, to the extent permitted by law. Other payment methods may be available without this online convenience fee. 9. Electronic Records and Signatures. The Applicant consents to receive and sign this application electronically and agrees that the electronic signature has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. The Applicant may request a paper copy. By signing, the Applicant certifies that the information supplied is accurate, authorizes reasonable verification of credit and business references, and agrees to these terms.
